Location and natural environment. Decor was nice.

Great location close to many attractions in the Black Hills. The kids loved the pool and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

We love Custer, so location was good, thought we were getting a cabin, but it was OK, breakfast was OK, nothing exciting
Staff was not very friendly upon arrival, and somehow I owed more money, after I had all paid through Booking. While swimming we were up enjoying the got tub with my kids and the staff just walked up at 8 and turned it off and said " time to get out". Not the friendliest.
