1, there is no safe deposite box to put your values in. 2, can not proper lock the room or house / entrance 3, for me it is very strains that when you rent a house the the owner stay living in the house aswell 4, because of an error on the booking .com site the owner was pushing me to pay dubbel the price, with help from booking .com Netherlands this was solved in a proper way.
