The price was good, and the location amazing. It was very convenient for us with the small supermarket in the building. It wasn't necessary for us to have a car at this location. There was also enough storage space so that we could put away all of our things and make do with the space we had.
The dishes were not clean, and the place smelled like smoke when we arrived. It was very cold in the flat, so slippers (Hausschuhe) are an absolute must. It also bothered us that we couldn't properly air out the one tiny bedroom.
