Serene in Serenity.

The host was perfect and couldn't fault Simone she was very helpful and friendly.

The lodge was beautiful and modern and comfortable it was very clean too, I couldn't fault it except for one tiny niggle, the fridge sounded like it had a chicken inside it! 😄 But we couldn't hear it in the bedroom. It did perplex me for a while as I thought the noise was from outside! 😂

Lovely place with heated pool and a pub!

Spacious accommodation with comfortable beds. The children loved the pool and games room. Is adults loved the “Tinney arms” with reasonably priced food.

Nothing about the property. Lodge next to us let their dog out in the morning which barked and woke us a couple of times.

Amazing holiday

Had a lovely stay our 3rd time we stayed in a bigger lodge very clean had everything for comfortable stay kitchen well equipped beds comfy. Sofa was comfy large tv in every room . Fishing is amazing fished everyday lost count of how many was caught . Food was fabulous in the st tinny arms can even order to your lodge . Swimming pool stayed open for first week in sept so we had a swim lovely warm water . Close to lots of dog friendly beaches we had another lovely holiday in Cornwall

Nothing to dislike only thing I can think off is looking at the hot tub and could not use it but we knew it was the owners before we went

Everything. The lodge we stayed in was wonderful. Plenty of room for a family of 4, clean, modern with a lovely view over the lake. This was the third time we've stayed and will hopefully come back next year.

A great find. Spacious and well-equipped holiday cottage. Kids loved the heated pool and games room. Convenient pub on site to get food without having to book. Well located to explorer the dramatic North Cornish coast

Not the owner's fault, but when signing up to use the cottage's WiFi, I got caught in some sort of subscription trap for a shady media service. Didn't realise until I returned home and discovered a charge on my credit card. It was difficult to get my money back from the company (Allhourcare.com) who had billed me (had to threaten a chargeback through my credit card company). As I said this is nothing to do with the owners, but I understand it is a common trap that can be in place when signing up to use WiFi - so just a warning

Family holiday

Excellent place for our family holiday. Great location and facilities. Emaculate accomodation with everything you could want. Beautiful setting with the lakes and pub onsite serving good food. And a bonus with the outdoor heated pool. Would definitely recommend and hope to return. All in all wonderful.

Everything! I cannot fault one thing, had absolutely everything you needed, even the little things like leaving dishwasher tablets for your stay. Beds comfortable, clean perfect shower. The swimming pool was great and the games rooms.

Amazing accommodation, in a lovely location with a great view. Very clean, comfortable and modern property and friendly hosts. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and games room. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in Cornwall.

Absolutely brilliant site. Very impressed.

Extremely well appointed lodge in a quiet peacful location. Plenty of open space between lodges and parking. Accommodation fully fitted with all modern equipment. Bedrooms and bathrooms excellent. Kitchen well equiped which would enable preparkng and cooking full meals. On site a small pub where meals can be taken or take-away ordered and delivered to lodge. A modern outdoor pool, a games room and pkay area for toddlers.

Beautiful, immaculate lodges, fully equipped with everything you could need. Very easy check in and lots of useful information given about your stay. The site exceeded expectations, very clean and well maintained. So much onsite, heated pool, playground, games room, onsite pub and lots of lovely walks. The owners were so lovely and really helpful. So peaceful, ideal for couples or families alike. If you want to get about and explore you will definitely need a car but lots of beaches a short drive away.

Wonderful lodges, pub and fishing.

Where to begin? Simply awesome place. Peaceful. Beautiful. SUPERB beds and linen. Wonderful lodge - Beech lodge for us. Well equipped, beautifully furnished. Simone and Mark and their staff were top class. The pub on site had great food, good vibe, and Mark really knows his way around a G&T. Truly is sounds too good to be true, but it isn't. If peace and quiet is what you want, this is it. The fishing lakes are lovely and well stocked. My husband had the best fishing ever.

Amazing property and location, friendly staff and great host.

The property was spotless, every possible need was catered for, the location was amazing it was perfect for us with a toddler, plenty of places to walk and explore and also a little play area we could use which was great. The host Simone was amazing from the moment we booked until we left. She kept us informed with everything we needed to know and answered any questions we had so quickly and introduced herself once we arrived. All the staff were lovely in the pub too. The whole place had a homely feel and we were made to feel so welcome. We would love to stay again!

Great escape

Oh my, where do we start! Amazing place. Beautifully situated lodge with a view of 2 small lakes, filled with wildlife. Lodge is a great size, kitchen is well equipped for a whole family. Everything was very clean and we immediately felt at home. Very quiet site (Easter Holidays), with picture-perfect trails around the site for you to explore and find even more wildlife. Broadband speeds were very decent and allowed us to finish some remote work in the evening. A great addition is the 'Games Room'. It has a pool table, a tennis table, an air hockey and a football table - all for kids to use free of charge. There is also a great wooden playground/fort for kids to enjoy and an open swimming pool (during warmer months). There is also a pub on site (we haven't been in, but it looks great!

The food we have ordered from the pub was rather underwhelming. Thankfully, as the kitchen is well equipped, we have managed to save it!

Cosy, warm and welcoming stay close to loads of adventures for the family

Warm/cosy lodge with Xmas tree and decorations set up for our arrival. They provided cream tea as a welcome gift which was a nice touch. The facilities including the games room (with pool, table tennis, table football and air hockey) was great for the kids and adults alike. They opened the bar for New Years which which had a good atmosphere and some cosy spaces to play games. The location is fantastic with beaches 15mins away and some great locations for exploring like Tintagel and Bude 20mins away.

The photos associated with our booking/lodge weren't reflective of the lodge we stayed in (photos of newer/larger living space). That said, the lodge provided, although smaller was still great.

absolutely fabulous

It was self catering and the kitchen was excellently equipped with everything that was needed. Good size fridge and freezer, very comfortable , lovely and quiet. The three bedrooms had plenty of room and the lounge and dinning area was lovely . The heated swimming pool was a real bonus . Easy to find on Sat nav although off the beaten track. hosts were so helpful when phoned a few days before. Excellently located to see family and friends and a fantastic place for rest and recovery.

We loved the whole site and facilities. Very peaceful with the choice to go to the onsite pub, which was very well priced considering it is on a holiday site. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have no negatives about St Tinney Farm. Fantastic place and we will be returning in the future. Thank you St Tinney staff.
