Clean, comfortable, well equipped and secluded.
The fact that Booking.com had been hacked and we were scammed at the beginning of the holiday by the hackers. We had to spend the day before our holiday cancelling credit cards and trying to contact Booking.com. That was an impossible task! The website took us round in circles with no way to message them. I called the tel no. And it rang a few times and then cut us off. Not happy and will never book with them again. I understand it wasn't their fault they were hacked but the fact that the hackers knew where we were staying and on what dates was very unnerving (they contacted me via WhatsApp claiming to be St Tinneys, asking me to verify my card, I fell for it) Spending time sorting my credit card the evening before our holiday was not a very relaxing start (they had spent on my card). BOOKING.COM.... I get you had no control over the hack but what you do have control of is how easy (or not) you make it for customers to contact you!! When I pressed contact customer services, it just took me to FAQs... no obvious way to email/message etc. SORT IT! I have still not been able to report this to them.
