My flight from Australia was very late and they were very happy to wait up for me. The check in was so easy and room so comfortable after a long flight.
Room didn’t have a window although I knew this when I booked.

It is fine
Pathetic vegetarian breakfast - so if you are a vegetarian family - either dnt plan this hotel or dnt take breakfast .

Proximity to the airport
It's showing its age and could use a bit of a refresh. Breakfast is decent, but you have to ask the staff to replenish the supplies. Also, it's the first time we've ever been charged for bottled water in Asia (the ones that were in the room when we arrived).
