Sehr hilfreiches, kompetentes Personal der Agentur. Haben mir sehr schnell und unbürokratisch bei einem von mir verursachtem Problem geholfen. Vielen Dank dafür noch einmal!
Die Ausstattung des Appartements war gut, aber nicht überragend. Die Filterkaffeemaschine war unbrauchbar, weil die Kanne gefehlt hat. Für die Kapselmaschine hatte ich keine passenden Kaffeekapseln mit dabei. Für Teetrinker wäre ein Wasserkocher sehr praktisch. Der Schlafzimmerschrank innen ist nicht mehr in einem optisch ansehnlichen Zustand. Beim Unterschrank unter dem Waschbecken im Bad liegt eine abgebrochene Leiste, die repariert werden müsste. Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles in einem einwandfreien Zustand.
