An exceptional site perched on the flank of the mountain. The whole setting was magical especially with the frost and snow high up on the mountain.
The room was immaculate and the food in the restaurant was plain but well presented and pleasantly served. Good choice of local Rioja wines.
Breakfast was very good.

Stunning peaceful location. So much character and history .Lovely food and staff. Remember that it is a 2 star hotel but is functional and superbly clean.
Eating dinner with low opera music playing in the background was lovely.
