Sunset Drive

Sin duda repetiríamos. Las vistas eran preciosas, al mar. El apartamento es muy moderno y estaba perfectamente limpio. Es una comunidad pacífica y no sé escuchaban ruidos. La anfitriona es muy amable y responde a cualquier duda rápido y eficiente (además dijo que si queríamos usar las pistas de tenis con decírselo, ella la podía reservar y podríamos usarlas). La piscina y el jacuzzi es un placer. Además la playa está a 3 minutos andando.

The apartment is in a very good location, Sunset Drive is a very good complex with swimming pools (one of them heated), tennis and padel courts, and a gym. The sea is close, 2 minutes walk. There was very nice view from the terrace.

The cleanliness was not up to par, the bed linen was clean but wrinkled, there was a constant sewer smell in one of the bathrooms. There was no blackout curtain in one of the bedrooms, which we reported, but it was only fixed on the 3rd day. Leaving the apartment was problematic.

Las vistas, tranquilidad y comodidad

Location, pools, Padel, Tennis, ...facilities in general. The building is the best in Benidorm these days.

My advise is to definitely come to this building but choose a different apartment, there are plenty in Booking. We had a last minute change, so instead of 4 adults, we were 3 adults and two small children (sleeping in the same bed). Because of this, the owner forced me to pay 100 euros fee. She tried 150 first when i had paid 300 for 3 nights. This means a recharge of a 50% for bringing a 5 yr old sleeeping in the same bed as his brother. (Quite a business!) She was completely inflexible and used aggressive and disrespectful language when sending messages to us. A terrible experience with this owner and even the Booking team couldn’t believe she was acting like that. To the booking community and fellow users, I can only stress that you will have a great holiday in this building, but if you come to this particular apartment, hope you don’t break a glass or arrive 5 minutes after check in time, cause then you will face an owner that wont listen for a second and will try and make money out of it. Choose another!
