Villa Hvar

The apartment is almost like a hotel, with a proper reception and common areas - fresh sheets and towels were provided midway through our stay which was greatly appreciated. Kate was very kind and even brought us pancakes she made one day. The apartment has its own terrace, but it was too hot to use with the direct sunlight during the day time - the other terraces pictured are shared ones. Everything was very new and in good condition. The location was great for our family with a long strip of coastline shaded by pine trees with small coves of stone and sandy beach, perfect for young children, and an excellent (although expensive) beach bar just 10 minutes by foot or 2 minutes by car. Ivan Dolac is very well located - an easy and beautiful drive to bigger towns for nice meals, but away from the touristic bustle with great access to the coast. Covered parking spot provided which is beside the main road which made getting around hassle free.

The apartment was smaller than appeared in the images and required frequent sweeping of the floors due to material. The washing machine listed is in fact €5 per load which the concierge takes care of for you.

Wir wurden an der Rezeption herzlich empfangen und zum Apartment geleitet. Im Kühlschrank war bereits gekühltes Wasser mit frischer Minze bereit gestellt. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir trinken gerne Kaffee und haben uns wirklich sehr über den vorhandenen Kaffeevollautomaten gefreut. Die Lage der Villa Hvar ist absolut TOP der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer absolut MEGA ! Auf der Terrasse gab es zwei Sonnenliegen, zwei "kleine Chill-Sessel" sowie einen Tisch mit Stühlen für das morgendliche Frühstück mit Blick auf`s Meer oder den gemütlichen Abend bei einem oder zwei Glas Wein. Also wirklich alles Absolut empfehlenswert, wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Perfektný apartmán s krásnym výhľadom. Super komunikácia s prenajímateľom. Treba ale rátať že k daným výhľadom si treba aj niečo vystúpať od mora ale zas je tam Klud. Nie je čo vytknúť.
