The host was really warm and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable!

Coffee was not provided in the apartment and bathroom essentials were in limited supply. The host stated that this is an apartment so one should bring their own supplies, though it is really common to provide those in other apartments!

Perfect, peaceful and cozy stay!

Very kind and helpful staff!! For example got a ride to do groceries before we rented a car and pick up from the beach after we returned the car. Host brought us also some wine 😁 They really care about their guests which is very important. Great views from the balcony and only few minutes to the beautiful beach. We would go back anytime again!

The cleanest and best looked after place we've stayed. Lovely owner, staff, location and the top floor apartment (2 bedroom) had great space and brilliant terrace. Ivan Dolac is a village you can relax in with local wine, a small bakery and a few places to eat. Coastline incredible and local beach we loved.

A tiny point which which was really a non issue. The only thing we noticed was there was no washing machine in the apartment and had expected one of. However, we mentioned this and our laundry was done by reception a few times on holiday for no fee (we provided the detergent) and absolutely zero hassle. We gave the laundry over and they dropped at our door. Amazing people.

Exceptional

The new apartment was super clean and had nice modern furniture and equipment. We stayed for 12 nights and our little daughter became sick, the owners were so friendly to get her medicine as we did not have a car. Also there was fresh lemonade and watermelon when we arrived as a welcome gesture. The second evening we received great local red wine, what a luxury! Both Elizabeth and Richard had many suggestions for restaurants or beaches in the area and were most helpful. We had a great time, and look forward to come back again in the future. We miss them already!

I wanna say thanks to Richard and his wife! Very interesting and kind people. Hospitality 900 level) The apartment was clean and full of light , with a good air conditioning. Amazing sea view! Special thanks for great wine and Richard’s kindness for picking us up in Jelsa and driving back for departure. What could be better? Bed with the railing is not good solution for a tall guy like me. In general 10/10 !

Perfect value for money

Modern, well equiped and very clean flat, great view to the sea. Good attention to details from the hosts and very welcoming. We got some fresh limonade and a nice wine from the region as a gift during the stay. Sea access is nearby with many spots to rest.

Sehr schöne und stilvolle Einrichtung. Tolle Tipps bekommen, sehr freundliche Gastgeberinnen Katharina und Emisabeth. Die Bucht im Ort ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und traumhaft.

Eine wunderbare, erholsame Sommerwoche!

Die Besitzerin und ihre Tochter waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden mit Kaltgetränk und Melone und Feigen begrüßt. Wir haben frische Handtücher bei einem Aufenthalt von einer Woche erhalten. Kaffee und Tee waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die Besitzerin war immer ansprechbar. Die Aussicht auf Meer und Berge sind traumhaft. Es wehte immer eine erfrischende Brise. Aircondition haben wir so gut wie nicht benutzt. Das Meer und die vielen kleine Buchten sind ein Traum.

Apartman je bio jako dobro opremljen (kuhalo za vodu i čaj, aparat za kavu DeLonghi Magnifica i kava u zrnu, sol i papar, sav kuhinjski pribor koji je potreban na odmoru, deterdžent za suđe, čisti ručnici u kupaoni, fen, sapun, gel za tuširanje itd.). Uređenje novo, lijepo, moderno. Sa terase prekrasan pogled na Ivan Dolac i more - idealno za jutarnju kavu i romantične večere s pogledom. Domaćini ljubazni i nenametljivi - prvu večer darovali su nas domaćim vinom.

Nema nikakvih negativnih strana. Nadam se samo da će u budućnosti biti sagrađen bazen.
