Quiet, views, breeze on the balcony with a cup of coffee.
Decor definitely, however that didn't stop us from having a great holiday.
My first feelings when walked in- mortified and shocked.
No air conditioning, just a fan.
We only used it once by the way....the place although in a need of a bit updating was wonderful and I don't remember when was the last time I relaxed so much.

Place is awesome and cheap. There is everything you need, except washing machine. There is no air conditioning, but place is in good shade, and it is located at the place where is never too hot. Outside was 30 Celsius, but inside was steady 24. There is beautiful sea view from the balcony.
Maby 2 more towels would be nice.
