Localização excelente. Local seguro, próximo a vários restaurantes, mercados, comércio em geral, além de ser muito perto da praia (em um ponto ótimo da praia de Jurerê). Além disso, o sistema de segurança de acesso ao condomínio e de acesso ao apartamento é de fácil manuseio. Ar condicionado em perfeito funcionamento.
A cama poderia ser de mola, e poderia ter utensílios de cozinha mais funcionais, como uma frigideira antiaderente, por exemplo, coisa simples que facilitaria muito a vida do hóspede.

It is a very comfortable place, clean and with a really good location. Just 2 blocks away from the beach! The owners are helpful and everything went pretty good! There’s a laundry machine for free, a large parking lot and a very nice common area with a bbq place to enjoy! Would definitely recommend it to my friends!
Shower is a bit weak.
