We liked having an apartment so we could cook if we wanted plus it’s always handy having a fridge.
We loved having a washing machine but as others pointed out there’s no drying rack which was needed.
We didn’t like the front door! The key/lock was a pain and sometimes we struggled to get in.

Relatively new appartment, excellent location.
Mind that if you’re staying a little bit longer you need to have restock of clean towels, and that needs to be ordered separately. It is supposedly charged, or you need to wash them in the appartment, just note that options for that are limited since there is no dryer, you need to stock on wasging dergent on your own since there isn’t any in there, etc.
