It has a large living room, two separate bedrooms (1 x double bed, 2 x single beds), one bedroom also has a flat-screen TV. A bathroom with walk-in shower and a large conservatory. The Non smoking apartment has its own entrance and is located on the ground floor. It is located in a quiet settlement near the holiday center Castle Dankern (distance 600 m) and the golf course Düneburg (500 m). An attractive children's playground is 100 meters away.

The city center of Haren (Ems) is not far away (about 2.5 km). Haren (Ems) is a state-approved resort with 23 000 inhabitants on the Dutch border (about 10 km), the city is known for its shipping history and its more than 800,000 overnight stays per year well beyond the Emsland.
