The appearance was nice and the entrance to the property was very welcoming . We knew bottled water each day . Breakfast was nice and you got a call to check you were coming down each morning 30 mins before they finished serving

The cleanliness, whilst the room was cleaned every day and the towels changed the room was not clean . The mirrors had greasy marks, all surfaces looked clean but when wiped with a cloth the cloth became brown, there was no mattress topper and no pillow protectors. The grouting in the shower needed a good scrub and the shower curtain was way beyond its life .
