Villa Solivent, built in typical Menorcan style, is located in Punta Grossa, just a few metres from the sea and can accommodate 4 people. The single-storey holiday home has a cosy living room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. We stayed for the last two weeks in July 2024 . The villa is compact but well laid out , the star of the show is the greenhouse and pool and outside space .

Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus, bis in die letzte Ecke sehr sauber. Ich hatte Bedenken, dass es im Wintergarten sehr heiß werden könnte aber es wehte fast jeden Tag ein frischer Wind und wir haben ihn daher sehr oft genutzt. Da sich das Haus etwa in der Mitte der Insel befindet, benötigt man immer etwa 30 Minuten zu seinem Ziel.
