The apartment is located in a newly renovated resort on the ground floor. The apartment is quiet with a secluded terrace, living room with sofa bed (2,00x1,20m) and integrated kitchen, bedroom with a double bed (2,00x1,80m) and a Duchbad with window. The apartment has a parking space; It is family friendly, bike friendly (2 bicycles available), also suitable for fitters.
The seaside Karlshagen is located in the north of the island of Usedom; it raises a tourist tax. In the village there are many shops, cafes and restaurants. In the vicinity there are many attractions:
The historical-technical museum and the submarine in Peenemünde, the butterfly farm and the house on the head in Trassenheide, the pier and the diving bell in Zinnowitz and the Lürssen shipyard and the zoo in Wolgast

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein und fein, nett eingerichtet und ruhig gelegen. Der Strand bzw. die Promenade ist mit einem gemütlichen Fußweg von 20-30 Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit BestFeWo und der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und schnell. Die Begrüßung bei Ankunft durch die Verwalter war etwas kühl und einsilbig aber in Ordnung. Wie gesagt, ist die Wohnung gemütlich eingerichtet und beinhaltet das, was man für ein paar Entspannungstage an der See braucht. Allerdings war die Couch im Wohnzimmer leider noch recht sandig und musste von uns nochmal gereinigt werden. In der Küche fehlte es zu kleinen Teilen an der Ausstattung, was z. B. Spülmittel, Pfeffer, Küchenrolle etc. angeht. Unser Anspruch ist auf jeden Fall nicht hoch aber hier könnte eine bessere Grundausstattung vorhanden sein.
Fazit: Eine nette Unterkunft zum Verweilen, in der man sich nach der ein oder anderen Ergänzung ganz wohl fühlen kann.
