The non-smoking apartment with its own entrance is on the ground floor of a listed farm and consists of a living-dining room with an open kitchen. In addition to the oven and induction hob, the fully equipped kitchen also has a steam cooker, including "sous-vide" cooking function and other automatic programs.

There are several cupboards for your luggage in the bedroom and living room. You will also find a large flat-screen TV and a stereo system including a record player in the living room.

With a length of 2m, the waterbed also allows larger people to get a good night's sleep, and there is also a second large flat-screen TV in the bedroom and a ceiling fan in addition to the air conditioning. The fold-out cot has a lying area of 120x60cm and is suitable up to 15kg.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. Everything is heated by central heating. Grefrath offers itself as a starting point, but also as a stopover for hikers and cyclists. 13 designated hiking trails and some bike trails lead over 70 km through the Grefrather Niersauen.
