About this apartment rental
Apartment I is 120 m² and has three bedrooms, two double beds and two single beds. Kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need in a kitchen. Bathroom with a shower. The large room is 40 m² and is divided into dining and living space.
Caution ! The lower port of the new boat lift will be built and the excavator ballet will probably accompany us with its background noise until the end of 2019.
The large apartment can also be used for seminars and workshops. For this we ask for prior arrangement.
We decided not to set up a TV, but WiFi is naturally available.
In 2010 we moved from Berlin-Mitte to Niederfinow. For a long time we have been looking for an object that makes us shine. Here is the cheesy calm that we have been longing for.
Our house was built in 1879 by the imperial water and shipping authority. At the beginning of the 1920s, the staircase on the right plus one floor was built. 1936 Extension of the left staircase. 1976 Extension of the bath houses behind the stairwells. First modernization 1994 roof, electrics, heating. Second modernization ongoing from 2010: exterior plastering, terrace construction, bathroom renovation, interior renovation, heating. Reconstruction of the walls with swamp lime, preservation of the floorboards. No furnishings from the usual furniture stores.
We live and work on the first floor with bitch Luna Hunde Dogs are definitely allowed.
Every day we are touched that we can live here in this beautiful place, in this special landscape.
There are two apartments. All of the walls in the apartments are limed, although slight lime abrasion is also possible. All boards are sanded. All drywall and laminate etc. was dispensed with.

Eine besondere Ferienwohnung voller Kunst, die Möbelierung zum Alter des schön sanierten Hauses passend ausgesucht. Wir fühlten uns wie aus der Zeit geraten und wunderbar entschleunigt. Viel Platz auch im Garten für die Kinder, der Kanal zum Tiere gucken, baden, Schlauchboot fahren vor der Tür. Die Gastgeber herzlich, offen, hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr aufgehoben gefühlt unter den alten Kastanienbäumen.

Es war einfach wundervoll... Ein mit Achtsamkeit und Liebe wieder hergestelltes altes aber stolzes Haus am Kanal... Hier kann man eine innere Zeitreise mit einem Kaffee in der Hand am Ufer der Wasserstraße machen... Alles ist ruhig und unaufgeregt.. die üppige Tierwelt lädt zum Beobachten und Hören ein.. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und offen... "Allet supa sauba!!" Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Liebe Tatjana und Martin,
wir haben herrliche Ostertage bei euch verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die große gemütliche Wohnung war genau richtig für uns 4 Menschen und 2 Hunden. Ein Zimmer war sogar noch übrig. Es gab immer wieder etwas zu entdecken in der Wohnung... Kleinigkeiten wie ein Bild von Zille, eine kleine Fliese, wo man sie nicht vermutet, ein Bild von der Küste (damit habt ihr das Herz einer Mitreisenden getroffen) und und und....
Das Wetter spielte mit und wir konnten im Garten essen mit Blick auf den Kanal und viel Natut. Das Schiffshebewerk fussläufig und doch im Hintergrund. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, schöne Wohnung direkt am Finowkanal. Netter Kontakt. Lage sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
