This spacious 9th floor, one bedroom, two bathroom unit has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Recently renovated and decorated professionally, guests will enjoy a new kitchen with quartz counter-tops, shaker-style cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is fully equipped for a family or group of 6.
Unit has washer/dryer inside for added convenience.
All the beds have brand new high quality cool-gel foam mattresses with triple layers of protections for better hygiene. We hire top-cleaning company in Destin.
All the furniture is brand new. Big screen smart TVs in living room and in master. Super high speed wifi is provided to our guests free of charge.
This unit is ideally located on the 9th floor, on a corner, giving our guests unobstructed panoramic views of the white sand beach and emerald blue gulf.
You will also have access to all amenities of beautiful Seascape Resort, like hiking paths along private lake, indoor/outdoor swimming pools, a spacious covered parking lot, tennis courts, state of the art work-out facilities, golf, restaurants and shopping. The resort is also walking distance to beautiful restaurants right by the beach, ice cream shops, shopping, hiking trails etc.
It's the ideal location for a memorable beach vacation.

The property and location was superb! For those of you into pickleball, there are 6 clay courts on the property, a rare treat. The host was extremely easy to get a hold of and they clearly cared about our experience.

Haydar was a great host and provided excellent communication and assistance from start to finish. We really enjoyed our stay in his condo and loved the location and the view from the deck. We would highly recommend working with Haydar for this or any other rental he may have.

Nice condo but kitchen supplies were less than I’m use to. And washer didn’t work and we had to soak up leaking water with the last few towels we had.
