Non smoking granny apartment in Spenge. 1. Upper floor, attic apartment approx. 70 sqm. Two bedrooms for two people each, a large area for living, eating and cooking, bathroom with shower, separate toilet. The apartment also has a south-facing balcony with an electric awning.
Equipment: one bedroom is furnished with a double bed, 180 X 200 cm, night shelves and a large closet. The second bedroom has two single beds, each 90 X200 cm, as well as a closet and bedside tables.
The bathroom has a shower, a sink with mirror and a small closet for utensils. The separate toilet has a small sink.
The living area consists of a couch set, a lowboard and satellite television. In the same room is the dining area with a table and 6 chairs.
The kitchen, also in this room, has u. a. via an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, extractor hood, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. There is also plenty of storage space.
The building was built in 1979, the apartment was completely renovated and rebuilt in early 2018.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Empfehlenswert!

Sauber, Ordentlich und sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und man kann beruhigt die Handtücher und Bettwäsche vor Ort nutzen. Alles frisch gewaschen und ohne Löcher oder Flecken.
Die Küche ist gut sortiert und alles funktioniert.
Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Diese, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung befindet sich in einer Sackgassenlage und ist daher sehr ruhig. Sie ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
