In the heart of the Tramuntana Mountains, only 5 km from the picturesque village of Pollença, lies the rustic and typically Majorcan Villa L'Hort Nou in a peaceful setting. Away from the mass tourism you can spend a fantastic holiday surrounded by unspoilt nature. The single-storey villa can accommodate 4 people with a comfortable living room with dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Facilities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (for warm and cold air), a wood-burning stove in the living room, a satellite TV, a baby cot and a highchair. The stand-out highlight is the picturesque outdoor area with its covered terrace, barbecue and large pool. While you relax here, the stunning mountain panorama never fails to impress. The holiday accommodation is also the ideal starting point for day trips. We had a great time at this House. The view is Incredible and the neighborhood is also very nice. But the best part of the house has to be the cat that lives at the house (Lucy). She is super sweet and friendly and we had lots of fun petting and feeding her. Liam ( 12 years) 😘

Pros: L'environnement était très bien (piscine, vue depuis les chambres, quiétude, montagnes tout autour, plages/port accessibles très facilement)
Cons: Odeur de moisi dans les placards de la cuisine et dans une salle de bain.
Ce qui pourrait être amélioré : nettoyage de la maison (mon fils a eu 4 piqûres d'araignée pendant la nuit)

Het huis stond op een fantastische locatie, zeer veel privacy, maar had wel wat gebreken. Zo was er sprake van lekkage en tijdens de regen van ongedierte (mieren). Het privézwembad was fantastisch!
