About this apartment rental
The apartment "Zum Kieker" is a nicely furnished, maritime-style non-smoking apartment that stretches over 45 square meters. From the balcony and also from all windows you have a beautiful view of the harbor basin of the lagoon city up to the Uecker. Four chairs, a table and a parasol are available on the west-facing balcony.
Your living room has a pull-out sofa bed with a sleeping space for two people and an armchair. Multimedia is available here with a flat screen TV with cable connection, a DVD player and WiFi. Of course, some board games should not be missing from the inventory.
In the bedroom you will find a double bed (180x200cm) as well as a large wardrobe, a sideboard and storage options. Here you can conveniently "unload" your bags.
The kitchenette is open to the living room, which makes the room appear more spacious. In the open living and dining area there is a dining table with four chairs. The kitchenette is well equipped. Components include a hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a lot of dishes and a large fridge-freezer. The bathroom has a shower with a shower cubicle and of course you have plenty of storage space here too. A private washing machine rounds off the offer. The hallway and hallway house a hall wardrobe and a mirror.

The lagoon city
From the lagoon city on the lagoon lies in the immediate vicinity of the mouth of the Uecker in the Szczecin Lagoon. The lagoon, which has direct access to the Baltic Sea, is a perfect starting point for all kinds of water sports. The lagoon city has 380 boat berths, a boat filling station, a slip system and storage space for trailers. If you don't want to bring your own boat, you can use the boat rental located in the harbor. Both sailing and motor boats can be rented. Models without a license are also available.
Apart from the maritime location, the spacious, well-kept complex offers a lot more. A beach volleyball field, a basketball hoop and a small football field are available for sporting activities. Culinary can be served in the facility in the skipper fair and in the bistro. Breakfast is also possible here. A beer garden is also open in summer.
If you want to take care of yourself, a bread service is available. The barbecue area for the self-organized barbecue rounds off the offer.
The beach at Ueckermünde
The fine sandy beach of Ueckermünde, just 200 meters away from the lagoon city, is equally popular with all bathers. Culinary you can stop here between various fish and snack snacks as well as in the beautiful beach hall.
In addition to beach volleyball fields, a bungee trampoline and a mini golf course, the water sports station in particular is a real crowd-puller.
The seaside resort of Ueckermünde
The seaside resort of Ueckermünde is a town that is over 750 years old and has been very nicely decorated. The central square of the place is the market place. Concerts are often held here in summer. The market square is also the starting point for the various city tours.
Many restaurants adorn the cityscape. Otherwise, the usual range of services of a German spa town can be found on foot - from banks to pharmacies, from supermarkets to boutiques. Special highlights are certainly the city cinema, the pier of the Oderhaff shipping company Peters, which offers excursions to Szczecin, Swinoujscie and Usedom as well as the zoo and the climbing forest. Bicycles, boats or canoes can be rented at various locations.
