The apartment is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house and is divided into living room, bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, bathroom with shower and a spacious kitchen, which has all the necessary electrical appliances, such. B. Refrigerator and freezer, stove and oven, as well as microwave and dishwasher features. Of course, kettle, coffee maker and toaster are also included. A separate dining table provides enough space for dining for up to 5 people.
The living room has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and a Wii console for entertainment. In the bedroom is for the little ones also a TV set with DVD player, radio / CD player and a game table. TV reception is unfortunately not possible here.
For the children in the garden various play equipment such as play house, horizontal bar, swing, trampoline and even a large Kettcar are ready for the pastime.

Ivenack is an idyllic little village in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. From here invite excursion destinations in Stavenhagen, Waren, Malchin, Demmin, Teterow, Altentreptow and Neubrandenburg and can be reached in about half an hour. A small lake is located in the immediate vicinity. Also a very nice swimming pool in the middle of the forest can be reached within 5 km. Ivenack is known for its almost 1000-year-old oaks, which are to be admired in a fenced nature and Tiergarten. They are among the oldest oaks in Germany. In addition, fallow deer and Turopolje pigs can be admired close up. In this area there is also a treetop path from which you can now meet the oaks at eye level.
The apartment is located in a prime location of Ivenack, directly on the park with the Ivenacker lake. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and can take long walks or bike rides in nature. In the garden belonging to the house, you can let your kids frolic around without hesitation and let your soul relax even in a deck chair. Children's toys are of course available and may be used gladly. For excursions by bike, some bicycles are available free of charge.

The apartment can also be booked together with the apartment in the attic, so that the entire house with a total of 9 beds for friends or extended families is available for sole use.
