If you are looking for an apartment near the beach, quiet location, relaxation for you and your children in the green garden, then you have come to the right place.
This holiday bungalow is located separately on the property next to the house with 3 beautiful apartments and parking.
The bungalow has an open living and kitchen area. The adjoining terrace invites you to sunbathe or a cozy get-together with a barbecue and a glass of wine.
The bungalow has a bedroom with a double bed and a chair (0,80 x1,90). The living room has a sofa bed. The bathroom is relatively small.
Kölpinsee is a district of the municipality Loddin, which shows its special charm also on Achterwasser. Here you can enjoy absolute peace and tranquility.
Especially the sight of the sunset over the Achterwasser, enjoyed for example in one of the excellent restaurants, is an absolute highlight and completes a nice beach day particularly well.
The location of the property is very central and therefore ideal for various activities.
To the beach you walk about 10 minutes.
Bicycle enthusiasts appreciate the proximity to the sinewy cycle paths of the island.
In the immediate vicinity on the beach road are several small shops for clothes, souvenirs u. a. But there are also numerous dining options. There is an EDEKA market and a baker on foot. In the neighboring places (Ückeritz and Koserow in each case 4 km away) there is a Aldimarkt and a net market as well as further purchase possibilities, such. For example, the Kaufhaus Stolz (known in the north).
A Karlserdbeerhof is also located in the neighboring village, which is not only popular with the kids.

Sehr viel Spinnweben, kein WLAN, nur alles ferngesteuert per Telefon oder Cods Toilette ist für große Männer kaum zu benutzen, höchstens für 2 Personen geeignet,
