About this house rental
An exclusive holiday cottage on 2 floors of high quality, and with some view of the sea and golfing. There is a whirlpool for 2 persons and a sauna in one of the bathrooms. A modern but classic style characterizes this cottage. The bright kitchen has a dining section / family room and access to the terrace. From the living room on the 1st floor you can access a balcony. The house is located in a cottage area under development, within walking distance of a golf course and the harbour. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

This place is perfect for families, We had plenty of room to spread out, and the kids loved the garden area, The nearby bakery was a delightful treat for breakfast! Would definitely recommend it for a relaxing holiday,

Wir hatten alles in allem einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus.
Ein paar Abzüge gibt es bzgl. der Sauberkeit - diese lässt wirklich etwas zu wünschen übrig und ich frage mich wie man für die Reinigung so viel verlangen kann, wenn zb die Klobürste super dreckig ist oder Küchenutensilien dreckig sind.
Leider war auch die Inneneinrichtung nicht wie dargestellt - teilweise kaputt oder sehr abgenutzt.
5* verdient das Haus nicht.
Aber die Lage ist schön und geräumig ist es auch! Wir waren zu 6. mit 2 Hunden da und hatten genug Platz.
