Casa La Concia is an old farmhouse renovated preserving the Marches style of the past just 5 minutes from the beach and the center of Potenza Picena. The house is surrounded by a garden with relaxation areas and a barbecue area with a porch. Inside there are 2 apartments, elegantly furnished with period furniture, ceiling with wooden beams, fireplace. parking area

Wir haben in der Casa la Concia einen tollen Sommerurlaub verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns bei der Ankunft mit allem Wissenswerten vertraut gemacht. Man erhält eine Ermäßigungskarte für den nahen Supermarkt, was beim Einkauf sehr praktisch ist. Die Ferienwohnung liegt zwar nicht direkt am Meer, aber die Strände des Conero (Stein oder Sand - je nach Vorliebe) sind mit dem Auto alle rasch und bequem erreichbar. Für unseren Nachwuchs (15 und 12 Jahre alt) war natürlich auch die kostenlose WIFI-Box zum Surfen im Internet essentiell.
