About this house rental
Welcome to charming duplex in-law home in a family friendly neighborhood. This private and nicely decorated apartment, with it's own separate entrance and front porch, conveniently located within walking distance to downtown and Williams college. Town tennis courts and trails to the Hoosic and Green Rivers are accessible from our backyard.
Please note we do not have cable. TV in the living room has built in DVD player, please bring your own DVDs or rent DVDs from a grocery store next door.
Also, we do not have washer/dryer on site.
Two bedroom in-law apartment with separate entrance has:
- sunny living room with full size wood burning fireplace
- two bedrooms (queen bed and double bed)
- large eat-in kitchen, oak cabinets, fully applianced
- 1 bathroom, freshly painted and renovated
- brand new front porch.
Free high speed WiFi.
Also, you can enjoy huge well maintained backyard.
Non smoking property.
Well behaved small pets considered.
We enjoy visiting, but respect your privacy.
We love meeting new people, sharing dinner, and great conversation; exploring the area together or just giving tips. It also depends on our schedules when and how much we will be around. We can be involved in your stay as much as you'd like. If less involvement is your style, that's cool too, our feelings won't be hurt!
We are also not against dropping you off downtown depending on our schedules. We really won't mind, just ask!
Check-in and check-out times can be flexible when not solidly booked. Usual check-in is 3 pm and check-out by noon.
We are a very flexible and reasonable family, take care of our home and we'll be happy.

Good location. Private and quiet. Nice yard and right behind is hiking trails. Happy we could bring our dog. Clean and the host was very helpful with any questions we had.

Needing a place to bunk during a golf tournament, I was more than happy with this Vrbo property. My hosts were friendly and
