The kitchen also has a bar area and leads out to a terrace with a south-facing position. On the lower ground floor, you'll find one room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), an open entrance hall with a bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), and another room with a double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm).
