About this house rental
Located in the condominium of high standard Yacamim Reserva & Residencial, in an area of environmental preservation and with security, comfort and privacy, the house is 100 meters from the beach of Curral, the most sought after in Ilhabela.
The house is very well located, literally embraced by the forest which provides freshness, besides the beautiful view! Large, well-decorated, bright and friendly, sleeps up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms, 3 suites. Three of the bedrooms have balconies with beautiful views of the forest and the sea between the trees. Ceiling fans in all environments. Internet WIFI available in the house.
Spacious living room with TV (SKY), integrated with the dining room (with barbecue, oven and wood stove and well equipped kitchen with stove 6 burners, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, mixer and other utensils. Laundry with sink and washing machine and tumble drier.
The environments are well distributed, comfortable, warm and in any one of them manages to privacy. On the lower deck, a delicious Jacuzzi with sun loungers and beautiful views of the forest.
In the condo, a stunning swimming pool for adults and children, sports poly court, tennis court, games room, fitness room, sauna and playground. Exclusive area for the tenants on the beach, equipped with tables, umbrellas, chairs and sun loungers and deck with beautiful view of the beach as well as showers and bathrooms. Bar and restaurant in the beach facilities.

There are numerous leisure options ... several beaches nearby, with access on foot, waterfalls, trails in the rainforest, boating sailing, boat or kayak, diving, fishing ... Or if you prefer, just sit doing nothing or reading a book in the hammock listening to the birds singing ... a true paradise!

Na minha opinião, a melhor maneira de medir a qualidade de um imóvel, é ver como as pessoas se sentem nele em dias de chuva. Em sendo assim, posso assegurar que a hospedagem na casa da Celi, faça chuva ou faça sol, é sempre agradável e prazerosa.
As fotos não traduzem com exatidão como é a casa, já que pessoalmente ela é muito melhor.
A arquitetura e decoração rústico - praiano é de muito bom gosto e repleta de detalhes. Móveis, colchões, roupas de cama-mesa-banho, utensílios em geral, tudo é de ótima qualidade e em bom estado de uso. Lá realmente não é daquele tipo de lugar em que o proprietário coloca itens de qualidade ruim ou que não estejam mais em uso em sua casa (o que muitas vezes acontece em casas de veraneio). Em cada detalhe dá para perceber a preocupação da Celi para que seus hóspedes sintam - se bem.
A estrutura do condomínio também é muito boa; equivalente a hotéis de bom padrão de Ilhabela.
Mas, para mim, os dois grandes diferenciais dessa casa são:
1. A mata exuberante que cerca a residência e dá a sensação de que se está numa casa de campo, ao invés da praia ( isto também é reforçado pela decoração do local). Em razão das árvores, a casa é muito fresca e sombreada, mesmo no verão.
2. A limpeza e boa conservação do imóvel, em que não há nenhum resquício de mofo, o que é raro em casas de praia.
Por fim, registro meus sinceros agradecimentos a Celi, por toda sua atenção e solicitude, e também a Glória, sua auxiliar.

Casa confortável com decoração de muito bom gosto em condomínio fechado. Como diferencial a casa oferece roupa de cama e banho de boa qualidade. A limpeza na entrada estava impecável. Condomínio com piscina aquecida e estrutura completa com academia e salão de jogos. A casa fica a aprox 100 m da entrada do condomínio e atravessando a rua fica a praia do curral. O condomínio conta ainda com serviço de praia com cadeiras , guarda sol e bar de uso exclusivo dos condôminos. Locomoção dentro do condomínio pode ser cansativa (ladeiras) porem há o serviço de van que funciona muito bem . Agradeço a proprietária e sua caseira pela presteza e simpatia em tudo .

Muito obrigado pela plena atenção que nos foi dada! Celi, a proprietária é super atenciosa, os quartos são amplos e cheio de detalhes com muito esmero!
Os banheiros são impecáveis, a sala ampla, e cozinha super bem equipada, além de contar com uma lavanderia na casa que nos ajudou um bocado!
A casa é cercada por mata atlântica, com muitos pássaros e muito silêncio, tomar café da manhã na varanda da casa é muito prazeroso, realmente foram dias muito agradáveis, sem contar com a Jacuzzi na parte térrea da casa, que é um espaço super aconchegante!
Sem dúvida foram férias sensacionais, casa limpa, ampla, nova, super próximo da praia do Curral, acesso fácil e sem complicações! Muito obrigado Celi, por nos proporcionar momentos tão bons! Tratamos a casa como se fosse nossa!! :) voltaremos com certeza!!

Alugar esta casa foi uma excelente escolha. A casa é equipada com tudo que precisamos para passar uns dias com a família com conforto e em perfeita sintonia com o mar, o verde e com segurança. O condomínio também oferece uma estrutura completa! Recomendo!
