This house is perfect for any families or groups. The bedrooms are perfect because they are spaces out thought the house so everyone had their own privacy. The master bedroom has a sleep number bed and amazing bathroom. The other bedrooms are great sizes and comfortable beds. Perfect gathering area in the kitchen/dinning room/family room. Comfortable and clean couch and chairs. Large island with seating. Upscale appliances. Great audio system and TV. The kitchen was stocked with almost everything you needed to cook and feel at home. The outdoor area is beautiful. The house is backed up right next to the air force base so there is a perfect view of the mountains and not a house blocking the view. It is fun to watch the airplanes take off and land. It does get a little loud at times but it is not annoying or bothersome. I believe they only fly on weekdays as we did not see or hear them on the weekend. There are no large trees so you get full sun during the day. Great covered area with chairs and love seat. We loved the 4 lounge chairs by the pool as they were very sturdy and comfortable. We used the grill and it is a great BBQ area with seating around the outdoor bar/grill. The pool was the perfect size and has a lounging deck on the entrance of the pool so you don’t even need to be fully submerged. Small turf area to play or lounge on. Perfect quiet neighborhood with a fun walking path right in the back of the house. The neighborhood had as a few parks so it’s great for anyone with little kids. Neighbors to each side were great and respectful. The host was very accommodating, great to work with and had fast responses to any of my questions. We will definitely be back again year after year.
