About this house rental
Wellness holiday cottage located approx. 800 m from the ocean at Fjellerup Strand. Personal furnishings with modern furniture. The house has everything needed for an exciting holiday. The house is very spacious and well-dimensioned and built around 3 separate sleeping areas that each has a bathroom and there is also a bathroom near the pool room. All 4 bedrooms have underfloor heating. The house is heated through geothermal heating. Tastefully furnished dining/living room with stereo set with CD player, TV, DVD player, high chair, sofa area and a wood-burning stove. 9 bedrooms, all beds have box-mattresses. 2 large mezzanines; one is for sleeping and one is for playing with beanbags and a TV. In the activity room you can play table football, billiards, electronic darts and table tennis. The kitchen has 2 sets of each appliance. The pool area has both a large swimming pool, slide, swim coach, large built-in prefilled whirlpool and a sauna for 6-8 persons. The 18 m² large pool has slide for the children. In the living room you can enjoy the heat from the wood-burning stove. There are several TVs and also a PlayStation4 and a DVD player. On the large plot surrounding the house there are swings and a sandpit. 20 m² covered terrace. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the standard listed price. Payment for consumption and deposit must be paid in cash to the concierge at the house. It is possible to charge an electric car by the house, you must bring your own charging cable.
