Newly renovated apartment. Renovated with attention to detail and details. Located on the second floor of an old building. With easy access stairs. Those who know Lucca will understand that this information is not so strange. Overlooking the main street and a quiet square. Rooms with parquet floors and a private bathroom. Furnished with minuteness and attention to details. Bright living area with kitchen and another small service bathroom. Equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, stove. Centrally located, nearby all major attractions of Lucca.

Everything was perfect. We were met at a piazza near the apartment by Isabella and escorted to the property. She helped us bring our luggage up the stairs and showed us how everything worked. A bottle of wine was waiting for us. Everything was very clean and the layout was great. The apartment is very spacious and suited our needs. The apartment is located near the wall that encircles the city center and it was delightful to stroll along the top of the wall in the evening. It is also close to coffee and wine bars and especially, great restaurants. Gianluca is a wonderful host and did everything to make our stay an exceptional experience. We had planned to stay at Apartment Via Fillungo several years ago but we had to cancel because of Covid. We are so pleased to finally come to Lucca and stay with Gianluca.

Outstanding hosts, Gianluca and Isabella ensured, despite our very late arrival, that we were given a lovely welcome and a thorough introduction to the property. The accommodation is superb and maintained to a very high standard. It is perfect for enjoying the delights of Lucca, with cafés, and food stores literally right outside your front door, as well as being in close proximity to the wall from where you can start to explore this wonderful place. Having stayed at many similar style properties around the world, this has to be one of the very best and we hope to return very soon.The communication and information provided by Gianluca was excellent and we would definitely recommend this property.
