About this cottage rental
This 'Cozy Cottage' is decorated in a lodge theme! The walls and ceilings are the original knotty pine, complete with a working fieldstone fireplace. Located 1/2 block from the Ludington Public Beach! New tile in the LARGER lighted shower and heated floors. Parking is on the East side of this cottage...easy unload, no steps! Security cameras on site. This cottage is well maintained and clean! Has a new mattress.smoke detector..fire extinguisher, and air conditioner. I have asked all guests to read the information/guidelines that I have inside our cottages. This is Cottage 6 we also own Cottage 3. (7073426). ALL cottages are privately owned..
We are accepting longer stays..if you are thinking about traveling north we can accommodate you. Let me know early…..January…February…or March.
Please ask about our discount for long stays.
NO BOATS ..trailers ..motor homes or motorcycles per Parkview Cottages Co-op Bi laws.
As of May 2025 no EV batteries will be allowed in the cottage. You will be charged $500.00 and asked to leave by the Co-Op no refunds will be given. Any items missing..taken or removed from the cottage there will be an additional minimum charge of $25.00 on your credit card.
VR will not let me share my phone number. I will text it to you once you book.
We also have a web site and business cards in the cottage.
Deck is for paying guests only. If you booking states one...then you are allowed one guest. I have this posted in the cottage. No family reunions
If you miss reading our House Rules… No cooking fish in this cottage, No fish in our refrigerator or freezer.. No Coolers with fish inside the cottage. We do have two grills on the deck you may use...and clean afterwards.
There will be an addition cleaning fee of $200.00 or if we have to cancel a guest because of fish odor..that will added to your credit card. Any items removed ..taken..not returned to the cottage there will be a minimum of $25.00 added to your charge card.
Beach... newly installed... three solid surface.. walkways to the water
Great for strollers, wagons, wheelchairs.

This little property was clean and well equipped. The location was very handy for summer beach outings, both for sunset viewing at Stearns Park (city beach) and for outings and programs at Ludington State Park. The small complex of cottages was extremely quiet and peaceful. The large deck and gas grills outside included round tables with umbrellas. Parking was close and secure. Would recommend.
