Nicely decorated semi-detached house with swimming pool and fenced yard - pets allowed. The vacation house extends on the ground floor and on the first floor of the house and can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor of the house there is a double room with its own bathroom and a living room. On the first floor of the house there is a spacious living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has SAT-TV, free W-LAN and air conditioning. Towels and bed linen are provided. In the fenced garden there is a swimming pool, barbecue and swing. There is also an exercise room in the house. Private parking in front of the house. The Marinela holiday house is located in a small town called Draguzeti, near Sv. Lovreč. St. Lovreč is a small town, located only 15 km from the center of Poreč and 7 km from the sea in the Lim Fjord.

Im großen und ganzen ist das Objekt okay. Für 1 Woche zum leben kann man nicht meckern. Paar Sachen müssen erneuert oder was dazu gekauft werden. Noch einmal werde ich nicht herkommen.
