About this house rental
This rental space is the lower level of the house. This is a totally private walk-out basement with 9' ceilings and lots of windows. There is a separate entrance and locked doors separate the lower level from the main floor, where we live.
As you can see from our reviews, our guests love our rental! Relax in the hot tub, kick back on the patio with a bonfire or bbq, or curl up and watch a movie. This is the perfect space for families, friends or business travelers. Close to restaurants and shopping, we're located midway between Salt Lake and Provo. We are 5 mins from the Silicon Slopes/Thanksgiving Point business center; 30 mins from BYU or downtown SLC; and 40 mins from Snowbird, Alta, Sundance and Park City ski resorts.
Self check-in via a separate entrance with keyless entry.
Please note: Check with us if you intend to invite family or friends for a day or evening at the rental unit. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
This basement unit consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large family room. The family room has a kitchen with sink, dishwasher, microwave, oven/range, and refrigerator. There is also a washer and dryer in the space.
There is a TV area in the family room with 55" flatscreen, Apple TV, Youtube TV, Amazon Prime Video and Netflix.
There is space to park two cars. You will walk down about 12 steps to access the basement entrance in the back of the house.
Bedroom #1 is a larger bedroom with a king size bed. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed.
Pack ‘n Play available upon request.

Just an impeccable experience. Home was perfect. Hot tub every evening. Snow covered mountain tops from almost everywhere. Host thought of everything.

The property worked well for our group of 5 adults and 3 small kids. The place was clean with comfy beds and room to spread out. Our two year old loved the play kitchen, and play structure outside!

Our purpose in making this trip was to provide our daughter with a solid, uninterrupted week to focus on her new business and some remodeling that she was having done on her house. To that end, we planned on taking care of her children: feeding, chauffeuring, entertaining. And this was a perfect spot. With a large backyard--complete with playground equipment and a concrete pad with a basketball hoop--our grandchildren enjoyed every minute with us. Just off the living area there is a nifty "play room" complete with an undersized door (think Alice in Wonderland). The younger children were delighted with this and with the toys they found inside. Also there is a hot tub which captured the attention of the older grandchildren, but was fun for us all.The property is located in a dreamy neighborhood nestled in the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains at the north end of Utah Valley. It is 29 miles from Temple Square and downtown Salt Lake and less than 30 minutes from BYU and UVU. Great location! Lisa was our primary contact and was very responsive, although we had few questions. She has prepared a beautifully organized binder that anticipates almost every question.If you will take the time to look at the catalogue of pictures provided with the listing, you will have an excellent and accurate understanding of this property and what it offers. It was perfect for us.
