Tastefully furnished holiday cottage with sense to details. The house is located on a 14.000 m² large park like plot with a private lake with ducks and other birds. The great balcony with a spiral staircase down to the garden offers a stunning view over the Wadden Sea. From here you can enjoy the views or have a cosy barbecue. The swimming pool room is provided with a specially designed swimming pool equipped, a bar, a TV, a sauna and a steam bath. The gourmet kitchen is supplied with i.a. a raclette and a fondue. There is an extra refrigerator and freezer in the hall on the ground floor. The living room is furnished in a personal style and with good and comfortable furniture. There are 2 cots and 2 high chairs. In the activity room you will find i.a. jukebox and PlayStation4. This house is tastefully furnished with a sense for details. The owner lives on the property and is interested in keeping the house neat and clean for the guests coming after your stay. It is therefore recommended that you order a final cleaning at our local office for DKK 1.500,-. In the garden, there is a playground with swings, a sandpit, a play house and trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). Payment of consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the owner at the house. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
