The well-designed kitchen features two ovens, two dishwashers and ample fridge space. Naturally, there is underfloor heating in the bathrooms and throughout the rest of the house, which is also heated by geothermal energy. You can enjoy the crackling fire from the wood-burning stove indoors whilst spending time together. The house’s kitchen is well-equipped. There is space on the grounds for ball games and other activities. There is a 164 m² terrace, 51 m² of which is covered, providing a space for barbecues and relaxation, so you can organise a barbecue evening. The security deposit must be paid online before arrival. The deposit covers consumption in the house and any damage! Not available for hire to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
