This annexe bungalow is placed near the village of Kingsdown in Kent and can sleep two people in one bedroom.
Little Yaffle is a single-storey, attached cottage in the region of Kent, close to Kingsdown and Dover. It hosts one bedroom which offers a double bed, while there is also a shower room, the property is able to sleep two guests. Its interior also contains a kitchen and a living/dining area with an optional sofa bed. To the outside, you will find plenty of off-road parking and a shared garden with a lawn and furniture. Little Yaffle is a thoughtfully furnished cottage within excellent proximity of the area's finest attractions.
Amenities: LPG heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with basic Sky, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Shared lawn garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome, please inform the owner of the dog breed before arrival so the owner can prepare a welcome pack accordingly. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 200 yards. Note: There are two shallow steps up to the front door. Note: Check in time is 4pm onwards at the property. You will be pleased to learn that this property is roughly between 1/4 and 1/2 mile from the Martin Mill railway station and is only 2 stops away from Sandwich which is very handy for the British Open. PLEASE MAKE THE OWNER AWARE OF YOUR ARRIVAL TIME.
