This contemporary flat includes special touches such as a gourmet kitchen with butcher block countertops, refrigerator with ice maker, and stove/oven/dishwasher. Bathroom remodeled with Carrera marble tile floor, vanity and sink. Relax and have the time of your life on the patio where you can watch the sun set behind the Golden Gate Bridge.
It's only a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to picturesque downtown Tiburon. Dine in one of many romantic restaurants, shop, or catch the ferry to explore Sausalito or San Francisco. If you're feeling more adventurous, head to Angel Island and bike or hike the trails. Board the ferry in downtown Tiburon and arrive at the landmark Ferry Building in San Francisco within 25 minutes. Enjoy the Farmer's Market, Hog Island oysters, and great food stalls, restaurants, and cafes. Oracle Park and Chase Center are on the waterfront so catch a SF Giants game, Golden State Warriors game, or concert while in town.

My wife and I were looking for a luxurious place to enjoy Christmas and New Year's. We lived in Marin about 10 years ago, so we knew how gorgeous Tiburon is, but nothing prepared us for how beautiful the views were or how lovingly designed Denice's interiors were. Throughout our stay we enjoyed an elevated Belvedere lifestyle and a warm and cozy apartment with all the modern amenities of a luxurious home. Getting Amazon deliveries was easy. Local cafes were within easy walking distance (shout out to Rustic Cafe). And the city was an easy 15 minute drive away over the Golden Gate. We'd wholeheartedly recommend Deince's hideaway to anyone who wants to live the dream of living by the Bay for a few precious days.
