Watch the Atlantic Ocean from the deck with a cool drink after a fun-in-the-sun day on the beach. This duplex is perfectly situated--steps from the beach and only a few short blocks from the pier, restaurants and bars. This 2220 sq. ft. home is four bedrooms and three and a half baths. Parking for three vehicles and, in the garage storage area, find an assortment of beach gear for you to use!
Comfortable for the entire family! On the middle level is a well-stocked kitchen with pass-through, dining table that seats eight, and comfortable seating around the living room television. Upstairs, there's a king bed and en suite bath in the primary bedroom, and two more bedrooms--one with a queen bed and the other with two twins. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combination to make it easy to bathe the little ones. On the ground floor is a bedroom with two queen beds and an en suite bath with shower. Laundry is on the ground floor, too.
All guests must be 30 years old or older unless traveling with their parents.

This was a great house for me and my family. Liked the layout of the house because it allowed all of us to be together and for us to have areas we could retreat to too. Everything was clean and the beach view was amazing. Have to saw the sunrises were the best part of the trip...you get a front row seat to an amazing sunrise. Janet, the host, was a great. She was very informative, knowledgeable of the area and responses quickly to any questions that I had. Would highly recommend this house and host. Looking forward to returning to Tybee Island.

Using the term "unobstructed" to describe the ocean views from the first and second floors would be an understatement. Sunrise was quite a light show. We especially appreciated the quick response when we needed help with the entry code. My friends and I look forward to our annual winter visits to Tybee. We'll be very likely to select this house again.
