About this bed and breakfast
A cozy guesthouse situated in a stunning 2 hectare garden. The guesthouse is fully self contained and well renovated with quality fixtures and fittings. Outdoor furniture and BBQ available so you can make the most of the garden during your stay.
Special conditions:
No smoking allowed sorry.
The property is not suitable for children due to the numerous ponds in the garden.
No cooking spicy or deep fried food that may permeate the curtains and carpet and be unpleasant for future guests.
If you wish to stay one night only please contact us. A $30 surcharge will apply, to be paid on arrival.
Please note we have a very friendly medium-sized dog and a cat who are likely to visit for a pat.
Extras: Linen (included); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave;
