雖然離轉運站有一小段距離，但若沿著山海鐵馬道可以走到民宿後門，沿途有風景、遮蔭，不管是走路、騎車都很舒服。民宿很幽靜，離鯉魚山很近，房間不只較附近旅館大且具設計感。屋主熱情、介紹周邊環境仔細，還可以免費借用腳踏車。
其實都很滿意，但如果硬要雞蛋裡面挑骨頭，那大概就只有：房間大所以冷氣涼的比較慢，和客廳的咖啡機無法操作。

房間寬敞舒適又非常乾淨，木質設計簡約溫馨，像回到自己的家一般自在。後門出去就是鐵馬道，還能免費借用自行車，悠閒騎乘在綠意與微風中，真的非常放鬆、療癒。
