Come check out Shoreline Towers Unit 1102 beachfront two bedroom-two bath condo directly on the beach with all windows facing the water. Walk into this spacious unit and see a completely updated kitchen with new cabinets, granite countertops, stainless appliances to include a new air fryer stove. Off the kitchen in the pantry is a washer and dryer guests convenience. As you continue you will come into the dining area and then living room with ample seating for your party and a large screen Smart TV for viewing entertainment. Just a few more steps and you are sitting on the open balcony watching the kids on the beach or dolphins swimming by. The master bedroom has a King bed and the guest bedroom has two Queen beds. Both bedrooms are carpeted for your comfort. The Master bath has a walk in shower with safety seat and the guest bath has a full sized tub. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's.

The bed in the master bedroom was way up off the floor and I couldn’t get into it. My guests who were in their 60’s had a difficult time even with a stool. The washing machine was not connected to any cold water. The water was boiling hot . I washed only necessities because it would ruin my clothes. I could not use the vacuum cleaner because it was so filthy and filled with dirt so could not run the vacuum. The view was great though.

1102 is a beautiful condo. When you first walk in, you immediately have a view of all the shades of blue of the Gulf, and every room has an equally spectacular view. Sitting on the deck of the 10th floor on that side of the building really gives an incredible vantage point of the beach. The condo is very comfortable with big comfy couches and chairs and nice beds (the master bedroom furniture was updated in between the time we book and visited, which was a nice surprise), and the deck is a perfect place to have coffee in the morning or to just sit and read. The kitchen is updated, very well setup and well stocked with anything we needed, the bathrooms are all updated with plenty of counter space and nice showers/tub. We’ve stayed in multiple condos in Shoreline and this was by far my favorite. I’d highly recommend and plan to stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to see that Unit 1102 had been freshly painted and decorated. The unit is very nice with beautiful furniture and lovely wall art.. The ocean view from the balcony is wonderful.I have enjoyed the use of the pool, gym, and other facilities on the property.
