Available for weekly rental. Comfortable, nicely furnished first floor of duplex. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, eat in kitchen, beautiful views. Great for families or couples. Walk to many restaurants, attractions, bay and beach. Located 2 houses from Bay for beautiful bay views, fishing, sunsets and crabbing. Also a short 2 1/2 block walk to the ocean beach. many amenities, local attractions.

The property was better than the pictures: clean, nice layout and good location. We enjoyed the outside area with the Pergola, lights and barbecue. We arrived early and I wanted to see if we could use beach passes - the person at the property allowed us early access to use the rental which was a big win for us!The owner offered great recommendations for food and fun.

This quaint little beach home has become our late summer spot. Lori is very easy to talk to and we have been very pleased with each of the last three years spent here…so we keep coming back. The unit is always clean and comfy. Nice street close to the bay- so much in walking distance. We love it here.
