This adorable 'beach styled', 'key west on the inside look studio is mins away from the ocean and downtown Delray Beach and is set on a historic renovated property. Studio is small (225sq ft approx) it is sun-filled 2nd floor unit with privacy on a luscious landscaped Florida yard set on the 2nd floor overlooking an expansive garden. Perfect for couples or singles: on a budget looking to visit Delray to catch up with friends or family, special event, or a get away. Studio for rent only. Grounds are not for use if main home occupied.

Safe area! Clean space! 10 min walk to Atlantic. Freebie shuttle to the beach - but make sure to call first

Cute, clean, comfortable and quiet. It's a great little spot for one or two. Short walk to the ICW and downtown!
But please note: The bathroom is a top contender for the world's smallest, so it may not work or could even be hazardous for plus-sized guests or those unsure of their feet.

Had a great stay in this cozy studio. Bed was incredibly comfy. Perfect location for exploring Delray with almost everything within walking distance. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. I wish the bathroom was a little larger.
