Furnished apartment, 50 m2, super ventilated, 1 bedroom with double bed, cupboards, air conditioning and ceiling fan, 1 bathroom, living room with two rooms: living room with TV and sofa bed for 2 people and dining room with dining table with 4 chairs, kitchen with cabinets, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. All equipped with the necessary accessories, including a washing machine.
Exclusively residential building, very well located, at Rua Ernesto de Paula Santos, in Boa Viagem, 550 m from the beach, with 24 hour doorman, close to schools, gyms, supermarkets, post office, bank branches, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, snack bars , cafes, Shopping Center Recife, one block from Avenida Domingos Ferreira and two blocks from Avenida Conselheiro Aguiar. A particularity of this building is that the apartments on the 1st floor, where ours is located, do not have a garage. However, this has not been an obstacle for those who want to enjoy their stay by car. You can rent a garage in the building itself, from residents who do not use it, you can make use of a 24-hour parking lot 50 meters from the building, or even park on the side street of the building.

Minha experiência foi maravilhosa. O apartamento e maior do que eu imaginava e muito (muito) ventilado. Não precisei nem ligar o ar condicionado na minha estadia. Fiquei três meses. Localização perfeita, dois blocos da praia, supermercado, shopping center, tudo pertinho. Or rapazes da portaria são maravilhosos e super simpáticos e prestativos. O Joaquim foi super atencioso e proporcionou todo o apoio que precisei. Recomendo e muito e sempre que voltar pra Recife ficarei aqui!
My experience was amazing! This place is way larger and breezy than I thought. So breezy I didn’t even turn on the AC during my stay, and I stayed for 3 months! Perfect location, just two blocks from the beach, supermarket, shopping mall, everything walking distance. The doormen are all amazing and friendly and the host Joaquin was amazing and helpful.
Definitely recommend it!
