The whole place was very clean and maintained very well by Sra. Soelia. The location was perfect and walkable for me almost every day. It's also a very quiet and safe area, and security is present around the entrance and the park every day.
The room was a little small for me, but at that price (in the location) I couldn't ask for too much. There is plenty of space around the villa, and there's a nice little park directly next to the villa where I would get morning sunlight and stretch.

This place feels like the programme " big brother".
The owner is constantly watching what you are doing through the cameras that are around the house, texting you at night time but switching off lights of other common places in the house. Our stay was super uncomfortable.
The only good thing is the kindness of the cleaner lady, which I felt sorry for her, as it looks like she is exploited by the owner.
The toilet was supposed to be inside of the room and they gave us a room with toilets outside.
The neighbourhood is a wealthy place, so expect the classisim from the owner. There is also a guy that comes every day to do meetings of architects, leaving tons of things to clean for the lady. He doesn't even say hello to anyone.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.
