Overall it was really safe and comfortable to stay. We had a private bathroom and it was clean, comfortable to use, water was hot, the sheets were clean, the room and bathroom was also clean. We didn't use the kitchen so I can't comment on that but it looked clean. Georgi was so kind to us, everything was nice.
A moldy kind of smell was coming from the bathroom sometimes, we think it's because of the mat. Also you have to walk steep streets a lot to get to the hostel but you can get used to it because almost every street in Tblisi has steep roads.

Отличное место, очень чисто, аккуратно. Есть мини кухня. Холодильник, стиральная машина в общей зоне. В помещении было тепло и комфортно. Отдельная благодарность хозяину за гостеприимство и радушие. Хорошее расположение 15 минут до пл. Свободы. В 600м есть прекрасное недорогое кафе с домашней кухней Family Kitchen Tar Tun.
Слабый напор воды в душе.

房主大哥看上去很威猛，但实际却很热心很细心，把所有的事项都交代的很明白。房子虽然要爬一个大坡，但距离自由广场、funicular站点都很近，周边吃饭购物很方便。屋子空间够大，厨房特别好，做饭很顺手。
屋子里的暖器制暖有点缓慢，卫生间有点冷

Близко к центру, но подниматься в горку довольно круто.
Дом старый, пахнет плесенью, для короткой остановки сойдет, но надолго не рекомендую. Ванная комната - отдельный треш. Напоминает помывочную в советской больнице (для тех кто помнит). Ходить исключительно в сланцах, или тапках)
