Rumah Eyang Guest House

The Guest House was spotless, terrific room, kettle, bottled water, hot water in the bathroom, breakfast snacks delivered early and freshly cooked, two huge beds with doonas, aircon AND a lovely 5 minute walk to the main railway station.

Een heel ruim donker huis met hoge plafonds en een kleine patio. Fijn dichtbij het treinstation. Een beetje teruggetrokken maar aardige mensen. Er stonden s’ochtends lekkere zoete hapjes klaar voor ons.

Regelmatig ging de naastgelegen moskee heel hard tot het gebed oproepen, maar dat hoort erbij.

Clean basic huge room in an equally huge home. Ms Eyang is very welcoming and responsive to messages. Enjoyed a good sleep under a good fan. No aircon. For the price you could not expect any!

Very difficult to locate down narrow bike paths at night. The taxi drove in circles for 15’ before I got out and walked. The actual entrance not as shown here on Maps 7/‘25 but around other side of a large walled property closer to station. Close to rail station within 15’ walk to the Bali ferry. Automated booking message confusing. It read as if a single traveller not welcome “couples only” or similar was the wording.
