Almyrida Sands luxury stone villa

It is a perfect place for people, who prefer calm days in a small, lazy Greek village interrupted by lying flat on nearby beaches (10 - 20 min. by car). The property has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 balcony, 1 terrace, 1 patio and a big living room with a kitchen from "Master Chef". But the highlight is the outside area with a big space/table for everybody and several small sitting spots to take a breath from everyone. The best (cheap) wine and the best ( not cheap) cheese can be bought in Vamos, others in a Minimarket in the village (3 - 10 min. depending on the sun's power). There is a simple and good Taverna in the opposite to the Minimarket. The host, Yannis, is discreet and helpful. His recomandations - like Georgia's Taverne by Lake Kourna or Psaros Taverne in Almyrida - are accurate. The fresh selection of breads every second day and Cecile's orange jams make addicted. PS. The cats break the laws of physics and your heart. Even so - don't feed them.

De prachtig ingerichte villa en tuin, het heerlijke zwembad. Heerlijk rustig gelegen in een klein dorpje. De eigenaren willen dat je het echt naar je zin hebt, een paar keer kregen we ontbijt met wat homemade jam en schone handdoeken, enorm lief. Het voelde bijna als een hotel.

Everything was wonderful. Very atmospheric, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Lovely outdoor spaces to relax in. Decor great. Lovely location in the middle of the villiage. Local mini market had everything you need. Loved the local taverna. Jannis also left a wonderful feast of wine, fruit, bread, olive oil, jams... It is a very special villa - great to relax in.
